We Were Dead

Eph. 2:1-2 “As for you, you were dead in your transgressions and sins, in which you used to live when you followed the ways of this world and of the ruler of the kingdom of the air, the spirit who is now at work in those who are disobedient.”

Col. 1:27 “… Christ in you, the hope of glory.’.

Jn. 1:12-13 “Yet to all who received Him [Jesus], to those who believed in His name, He [God, the Father] gave the right to become children of God— children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband's will, but born of God.”

We Now Live Through Jesus

Eph. 2:4-5 “But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ.’

Rom. 5:10, KJV, “For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of His Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by His life.”

Rom. 8:2 “… through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life set me free from the law of sin and death.”
